DoDEA Department of Defense Education Activity, the education authority of the U.S. Department of Defense, is implementing a new school concept, the "21st Century Schools". With open, light-flooded construction, a central lounge area with event stage and cafeteria. The class areas, separated by mobile glass walls, can be used as individual classrooms or as cross-class workspace. A globe in exposed concrete construction sets a special mark.
